PitLogic keeps the original proportions, trims excess transparent space and can cut out a plain background.
Create the
driver identity.
This is the information used throughout the public race site and analysis tools.
Review them below, add the racing details, then press SAVE DRIVER DETAILS.
Make it
theirs.
Upload the driver logo and photography. The driver brand always leads; PitLogic stays as a subtle platform signature.

Your customer's colours, logo and photography remain dominant on the public site.
Use a simple square icon. PNG works best.
Landscape image, ideally 1600px+ wide.
Portrait crop works best.
Set the
race defaults.
Lap Lab can analyse any RaceHub championship, round and class once Owner Mode is unlocked. Race Day always asks the user to choose the class and driver deliberately; these settings only help order familiar RaceHub choices elsewhere.
Choose what
to show.
Switch sections on or off, add social/contact links and add the brands supporting the driver. Race Day configuration now lives in its own trackside section after Publish.
Tell the
race story.
Create driver news, race reports and sponsor updates. Save drafts, publish immediately, or choose the exact date and time a story should go live.
Write once. Publish when you want.
The Blog / News section can be turned on or off under Site. Scheduled posts appear automatically when their publish time arrives.
Create a story
Build the story on the left, then control the cover and publishing on the right.
Drafts, scheduled + live.
Build the
race archive.
Create albums for race weekends, podiums, sponsors and behind-the-scenes moments. Upload a batch of photos, choose the cover and publish when ready.
Albums, not admin clutter.
The public Gallery can be switched on or off under Site. Photos are optimised before upload so large phone and camera images do not slow the driver site down.
Create an album
Add the album details, upload the race weekend, then choose the cover and image order.
Select multiple JPG, PNG or WebP images. PitLogic optimises each image before upload.
Drafts + published galleries.
Choose what
you record.
Setups are organised by racing class and linked to the Garage. Class, chassis, up to two engines, cold + hot tyre pressures, Driver Notes and Mechanic Notes are built into every setup. PitLogic also connects imported Alfano telemetry directly into Lap Lab for onboard analysis.
Class + garage + race-day context
These fields are fixed because they connect every setup to the correct class, kart and engines.
Input belongs on the driver site.
Open the driver site, enter Owner Mode, then use ADD SETUP. The form only shows chassis and engines from the selected racing class, with Engine 2 available for twin-engine Prokart setups. Hot pressures are entered when the kart comes back in, with pressure rise calculated automatically. Use COPY FOR NEXT SESSION to carry only the pre-race setup forward, or IMPORT ALFANO SESSION to pull the performance data from ADA.
OPEN SETUP BOOK ↗Build the
race garage.
Keep chassis, engines and Alfano data loggers organised in one private race inventory. Logger IDs now have their own Alfano section and are assigned to the correct chassis for automatic session matching.
Your chassis.
Name, chassis number, year and racing class. Garage identity fields have quick-copy controls for championship registration.
Your engines.
Engine identity, seal, class, current hours and engine notes, with quick-copy registration details.
Your data loggers.
Give each Alfano a name, enter its Data Logger ID and assign it to the chassis it lives on.
The Garage is private.
It appears on the driver site only after the Owner PIN is entered. Chassis and engines then feed directly into Setup Book.
OPEN PRIVATE GARAGE ↗Plan the
season.
Add each race meeting with a start and end date. Existing entries can be edited at any time and the public schedule refreshes automatically after changes are saved.
Ready to
go racing.
Once published, the public site uses the branding and settings above. You can return here and change anything later.
Complete the driver details and brand, then publish.
One link. One password.
Give the driver or parent the public site URL plus /admin. They can update their brand, driver details and setup book from any device.
Set up
race day.
Come back to this section on race day. Set the circuit weather location and paste the official YouTube stream when you have it.
Use it when you arrive at the circuit or when the organiser publishes the race stream.
Race Day has its own settings shortcut.
The ⚙ button inside Owner Mode Race Day opens this section directly.
OPEN RACE DAY ↗Owner
security.
Change the customer Owner PIN used for the dashboard and Owner Mode on the driver site. It protects Race Day, Lap Lab, Garage and Setup Book.
Your recovery PIN stays separate.
DRIVER_ADMIN_PASSWORD in Netlify remains the master recovery credential. Changing the customer PIN here does not change or expose that recovery value.
